Support Pack Fest 2025 

Colonie Central High School’s ICARE team is excited to host our annual spring event, Pack Fest, on Saturday, May 17, 2025. This all-day, student-organized celebration brings together our school and local community with family-friendly games, activities, exhibits, demonstrations, and local food vendors—all while supporting a great cause.

Each year, ICARE selects a local organization to support, and this year’s event will benefit S.H.I.P. (Sheriff’s Homeless Intervention Plan). This incredible program transforms extra space at the Albany County Correctional Facility into transitional housing for homeless individuals, providing them with a safe, supportive environment and access to vital resources to help them transition to permanent housing.

How You Can Help

Pack Fest is our most important fundraising event of the year, and we need your support to make it a success! Contributions can be made in the following ways:

• Monetary donations: Checks can be made payable to "CCHS ICARE" and mailed or dropped off at Colonie Central High School, 1 Raider Blvd. Colonie, NY 12205.
• Raffle prizes: Donate a gift basket or gift cards to be raffled off at the event. We are happy to arrange a pickup for your donation.
• Sponsorships: Become an official Pack Fest sponsor and gain visibility in the community.

  • Business name/logo featured on the Pack Fest visual ad displayed on the scoreboard at spring home games and events
  • Plus, all perks from lower tiers

• Gold Tier – $350

  • Business name/logo displayed on the Pack Fest website

• Garnet Tier – $250

  • Business name/logo displayed as an Activity Table Sponsor
  • Plus, Wolfie Tier perks

• Wolfie Tier – $150

  • Business name/logo listed on sponsor boards throughout the event
