The College and Career Planning Center at Colonie Central High School works to empower students to envision and achieve their future goals through comprehensive resources including classroom activities, applied learning experiences, college and career workshops, industry-related field trips and more! We are dedicated to helping each student navigate the pathways to higher education and career success, fostering skills, confidence, and opportunities for lifelong achievement. It is also the tool that Colonie High School students use to send official documents, like transcripts and letters of recommendation to colleges.
